Registered Property, Land and Business agents are offered access to real time management of their listing(s) and their Agent's business profile. Agents can make as many changes to listings as they require and delete and add listings as they wish up to the maximum allowed with their particular package

Single Listing Package # A1

Allowing listing of 1 property with up to 7 pictures plus inclusion in the list of Agents - 1 year's access

5 Listings Package # A5

Allowing concurrent listing of 5 properties each with up to 7 pictures plus inclusion in the list of Agents - 1 year's access

Medium Use # A15

Allowing concurrent listing of 15 properties each with up to 7 pictures plus inclusion in the list of Agents - 1 year's access

Advanced Use # A50

Allowing concurrent listing of 50 properties, each with up to 7 pictures plus inclusion in the list of Agents - 1 year's access

Any upgraded packages will receive a pro-rata discount based upon their invoice for previous package level

Renewals etc

You are required to renew your account by making full payment prior to the due date or risk suspension and deletion of your account. Rebates or refunds are not available for cancelled or unused accounts, except according to our terms and conditions and appropriate customer service provisions.

Paying for your Agent Listing Package

Although we do not wish to obtain unnecessary information from our members, we have a requirement to protect both our visitors and ourselves from potentially unscrupulous or fraudulent listings. We do not endorse or recommend any listing but agents and direct vendors should both pay by verified PayPal or have an existing registration within our network where the same address has recently been verified with a hard copy of invoice or other method. You will also be required to provide a link to evidence of your official registration as an agent, namely business URL with details. Your access to our systems may be delayed if address or registration verification is required..

How to purchase an Agent Listing Package

Please remember that as Property-and-Business-Greece.com is not a property agent or the seller's representative we, ourselves, are unable to reply to any enquiries, or engage in any other correspondence from other users and visitors, regarding the details of any property or business you wish to list at this site. Interested parties must contact agents or vendors directly, using the details supplied in the appropriate listing. It is imperative that all parties engage suitably qualified local professional legal and financial advice when considering the purchase, sale or rental of a property or business in Greece.
